Unfortunately not a Star Wars reference, Darkside comes from a 0.75ha block. All organic and hand harvested with 100% whole bunch and natural yeast. This is a very pure Syrah, dark and brooding but with a finesse and elegance from the altitude and granite soil. STSWine
