LISTAN BLANCO pronounced (Lis-tan Blanco) is a fascinating grape that is centered on the volcanic island of Tenerife. It is known elsewhere as Palomino - the grape used to make Sherry. This is a very polarising grape and style - super interesting and unconventional, burnt match reduction, mixed with nut and citrus.
