The name Tâcherons for these "cuvées" comes from an old Burgundian tradition. It consists in paying women and men working in the vines per each act, locally called "pieceworkers", they are still called today the Tâcherons. We are both, lovers of the wine profile and of Burgundy in general. TACHERONS
This is an absolute stunner for the money, a Baby-Burgundy if there ever was one. Richly Chardonnic (not a word) with a good, integrated twist of oak. It lets its hair down without being too much - deadly acid to back it. STSWine
