This wine is absolutely dynamite. Smokey, creamy with layers of flavours, it has a backbone of acidity that affords supreme balance. The most striking white we have tried this year.
Macabeo from Conca de Barbra and Garnacha from Terra Alta. Neither the varieties nor the regions typically elicit too much excitement! It is a marriage made in heaven. Garnacha is matured in a bit of oak and then blended with the Macabeo to add acidity. Gorgeous. STSWine
