À Coural is a serious wine, deep and penetrating. The nose shows some balsamic (thyme, laurel) but also some black fruit and the stony character of the terroir clearly emerges. In the mouth the wine is round, soft but with a serious structure. A long and complex aftertaste. A real grown-up wine but also a pure Languedoc wine, but biodynamic. Without added sulfite. STSWine
