Launched in 2008, this certified organic and biodynamic estate situated between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon National Park houses not only vineyards and a modern winery designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, but a spa hotel complete with 28 villa suites, restaurants and an art gallery. The winery itself is made up of two large corrugated iron cylindrical buildings with a vast chamber 17m below ground containing all the vats and wine storage. DECANTER

The Grand Vin Rosé, the top wine in the range, uses fruit from the best and oldest vines planted on the estate´s highest altitude plots. It shows the complexity and structure that the best Provence rosé can deliver. Rich with creamy texture and generous fruit, albeit bone dry. Crisp acidity balances the intensity of fruit – stone fruits, red berries, citrus, white flowers – and provides backbone to the full body. Partially aged in second use French oak for 6 months for maximum texture and complexity. WUNDERLUST
