vermouth
The oldest vermouth in Valencia, produced with the same formula that Benedetto Valsangiacomo, the 3rd Generation of the family, devised at the beginning of the last century. Today the 5th Generation of the Valsangiacomo family recovers the original Vermouth Vittore label as a tribute to the origins of this aperitif.Prepared with white wine of the Macabeo variety with 24 botanicals of Mediterranean and Alpine origin, among which Gentian, Absinthe, Coriander, Savory, Sage, Oregano, Manzanilla, Elder, Orange peel stand out.
The golden color comes from the addition of caramel to the grape must.
Bright dark amber color with iodine sparkles.
Balsamic aromas of Mediterranean herbs such as oregano, fennel and thyme, a touch of licorice and the freshness of citrus. On the palate with a balance of acidity and sweetness.
Taste of cinnamon, licorice and cloves. Nice finish of bitter herbs. Long and persistent flavor.
