SPAIN
Galicia, Ribeiro area, where we find an Atlantic climate with acidic and calcareous soils.
It was here that three friends, Diego, Fito and Anxo, decided in 2005 to found Cume do Avia. The company is certified organic, but is deeply biodynamic in its soul, production is around 18,000 bottles, the first vintage very recent, only in 2013.
The wines of the 3 guys are characterised by an incredible ease of drinking, and this is due to the ageing in steel and the great oceanic influence.
The grapes grown are those typical to the area, Treixadura, Loureiro, Torrontes, Caino Tinto and Longo and Brancellao.
