Pinot Noir
The name Tâcherons for these "cuvées" comes from an old Burgundian tradition. It consists in paying women and men working in the vines per each act, locally called "pieceworkers", they are still called today the Tâcherons. We are both, lovers of the wine profile and of Burgundy in general. TACHERONS
From the Limoux area, in the South, great pains are taken for this Pinot to keep its acidity and not get cooked or hot. Its fine and elegant with lovely colour and perfume. Awesome value here. STSWine
